Can an AI voice agent or a CRM be funded with EU funds?
The 2021–2027 regional digitalization programs fund, among others, ERP, CRM, artificial intelligence solutions and digital communication with customers. Check the guide for your call.
How much co-financing do I need?
For regional digitalization calls, usually at least 10% of eligible costs.
My company is in IT. Can I apply?
As a rule, IT CAEN codes are excluded from regional digitalization calls. There are separate lines for innovative IT companies (e.g. PoCIDIF 2.1 — the last session closed on 30.09.2026).
Are there still PNRR funds for digitalization?
Not for new projects. The PNRR SME digitalization program is no longer accepting applications.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the package; we set it in the quote for your application.
